Recently, the prefabricated container house project, manufactured and constructed by our company, was successfully completed and officially put into use, making a brand-new appearance on the project site and becoming a benchmark project for prefabricated temporary construction in the area.
The project’s temporary office is located within the first and second phases of the project site, covering an area of 5682 square meters. The project includes three parts: a main office building, a canteen, and a dormitory. The first and second floors have a floor height of 3 meters, and the building height is 6 meters, classifying it as a multi-story civil building with a fire resistance rating of Class II.
The main office building’s facade combines glass curtain walls with integrated metal insulation panels. The entire project site was constructed using prefabricated container houses independently developed and manufactured by our company. The overall layout is scientific and rational, with clear functional zoning of office, living, and parking areas, greatly ensuring the daily office and living needs of the project team. Thanks to the advantages of modular production and prefabricated installation, the prefabricated container houses significantly shortened the construction cycle, increasing construction efficiency by over 60% compared to traditional temporary construction methods, perfectly matching the stringent requirements for rapid project commencement.
In terms of exterior design, the project site features a simple and elegant white main color scheme, accented with blue roofs, harmoniously blending with the lush surrounding natural environment and breaking away from the stereotypical “dusty and gritty” image of traditional construction sites. Meanwhile, the prefabricated container houses combine excellent thermal insulation performance with a robust and durable structure, capable of withstanding various complex weather conditions and providing a safe and comfortable working and living environment for project personnel.
From manufacturing to on-site construction, our company strictly controlled every step of the process.
